By signing and submitted below, you agree to attend the Ancient Arts Festival 2026 Oct. 9th 10th 11th. Half deposit is required to hold your space. Full payments deadline and Health depth permit application (artist) is August 1st 2026. Payments are non refundable unless otherwise agreed upon due to emergency.

Artist space

$500 Single artist space. $250 deposit to hold

$1300 3 artist space. $650 deposit to hold

Artist space pricing INCLUDES temporary licensing/handling for the festival. Submit completed application to ancientartsfestival@gmail.com

Vendor space

8ft table setup $250.00

Vendor setups include 8ft table/drape/2 chairs.

Please note prior attending artist/vendors will get first availability if application is submitted by February 2026. All new inquiries will be reviewed and a confirmation sent upon approval. If approved, payments are to be completed by above mentioned dates. Upon approval a copy of health dept permit to be filled out, will be emailed to you.
